MamiDomina Coaching Services Terms of Service

By purchasing or engaging in coaching services with MamiDomina ("Coach," "I," "me"), you ("Client," "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Nature of Services: MamiDomina provides personal accountability coaching, structure coaching, and mentoring services. Services may incorporate principles from power exchange dynamics and BDSM philosophy as a framework for personal development.
Not Therapy: Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional care. If you require therapeutic support, you will be referred to appropriate licensed professionals.
Online Only: All services are conducted online via video call, phone, or secure messaging platforms. No in-person services are offered.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use these services.
Honesty & Communication: You agree to communicate honestly and openly about your challenges, progress, and needs. Coaching effectiveness depends on transparent communication.
Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. The Coach provides guidance and accountability, but you retain full responsibility for implementing advice and managing your life.
Respectful Conduct: You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Mental Health: You confirm that you are not currently in a mental health crisis. If you experience suicidal ideation, self-harm urges, or other crises, you agree to contact appropriate emergency services (988, 911, or local crisis resources) rather than relying on coaching services.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Required Upfront: All services require full payment before services begin. Payment is processed through secure payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or other approved methods).
Pricing:
Single Coaching Session (60 min): $70
Structure Sprint (1 Week): $275
Transformation Intensive (1 Month): $850
Devotional Dynamic (1 Month): $1,500
Monthly Group Session: $75
Prices are subject to change with notice. Your rate is locked in at time of purchase.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase only. After 48 hours or once services have commenced, all sales are final.
Refunds are not provided for:
Missed sessions (client no-shows)
Client-initiated early termination
Dissatisfaction with results (outcomes vary by individual effort)
Late Cancellations: Scheduled sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. You may reschedule with 24+ hours notice subject to availability.
4. COMMUNICATION & BOUNDARIES
Communication Windows: The Coach responds to messages during designated hours:
Morning check-ins: 6:00-9:00am MST
Evening check-ins: 5:00-8:00pm MST
Scheduled calls: 12:00-3:00pm MST
Response Time: The Coach aims to respond within communication windows but does not guarantee immediate responses. Urgent matters should be clearly marked.
Emergency Situations: Coaching services do not provide crisis intervention. In emergencies, contact:

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
Your Privacy: All client information, communications, and session content are kept strictly confidential.
Exceptions to Confidentiality: Confidentiality may be broken only if:
Required by law (subpoena, court order)
You pose imminent danger to yourself or others
You provide written consent to share information
Data Storage: Client records may be stored securely for business purposes. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Testimonials: If you provide a testimonial, you grant permission for its use in marketing materials. Testimonials may be edited for length or clarity. You may request anonymity.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Materials Provided: Any worksheets, templates, exercises, or resources provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of MamiDomina. You may use them for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them.
Session Recordings: Sessions may not be recorded by clients without explicit written consent. The Coach reserves the right to record sessions for quality assurance with your consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No Guarantees: While the Coach is committed to supporting your growth, results are not guaranteed. Personal development outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside the Coach's control.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that personal growth work can involve emotional discomfort. You assume full responsibility for your emotional wellbeing and agree to seek professional mental health support if needed.
Liability Waiver: The Coach is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your participation in coaching services, including but not limited to:
Emotional distress
Financial decisions made based on coaching
Relationship changes
Career or life changes
Maximum Liability: In any case, the Coach's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Coach's Right to Terminate: The Coach reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund if:
Client violates these terms
Client engages in harassment or abusive behavior
Client is not a good fit for coaching (may be referred elsewhere)
Coach determines client needs therapeutic intervention beyond coaching scope
Client's Right to Terminate: You may end services early by providing written notice. No refunds are provided for unused time after the 48-hour window.
End of Program: Services conclude at the end of the agreed-upon timeframe unless extended by mutual agreement.
9. POWER DYNAMICS & CONSENT
Consensual Framework: Services incorporating D/s or power exchange dynamics are consensual and negotiated. All protocols, language, and interaction styles are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Boundaries & Safe Words: You have the right to establish boundaries and communicate discomfort at any time. Metaphorical "safe words" or pause signals may be established for coaching work.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent to any aspect of the coaching dynamic at any time by communicating clearly. This will not result in termination unless the change makes the work unviable.
Not Sexual Services: Coaching services are professional and developmental. While dynamics may have erotic or sensual undertones, these are not sexual services. Explicit sexual content is not part of coaching offerings.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Good Faith Communication: If issues arise, both parties agree to communicate in good faith to resolve them.
Mediation: If disputes cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Any legal disputes will be handled in Arizona.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Coach and Client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Amendments: The Coach reserves the right to update these terms with notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website with an "Effective Date."
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No Guarantees of Availability: The Coach offers limited spots and is not obligated to accept every applicant. Services are provided subject to availability.
12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing services, submitting an application, or engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
