Structure. Accountability. Transformation

Who I am & Why I Approach Coaching Differently

To find out what is truly individual in ourselves, profound reflection is needed; and suddenly we realize how uncommonly difficult the discovery of individuality is.

- Carl Jung

Welcome, you can call me MamiDomina. I’m an accountability coach specializing in helping people who thrive under structured, nurturing guidance.

My career as an Applied Learning Coordinator in the field of IT/Cybersecurity gave me great insight into different ways people learn and what is actually important to being successful in life. It was my job to talk to employers to learn what skills new hires were struggling with and create programs that offer skill building and practicing experiences.

As a naturally curious person, I wanted to know all the ways people learn and actually integrate new information and ways of being, so I dove into the research and what I learned was fascinating!

I noticed that the traditional coaching model didn’t work for everyone and the reason why became very apparent. Some people need more than weekly check-ins and motivational memes. They need real structure. Daily accountability. Someone who notices the small things and won't let them slip through the cracks. Others thrived with less contact, but knew I was there to keep them accountable and was going to check in regularly, but not overwhelmingly. The same approach didn’t work for everyone, so why would I keep using it as a data driven individual?

That’s where I decided to develop my own approach.

The same approach didn’t work for everyone, so why would I keep using it?

I bring my experience in working with students, inner work, training in martial arts, a personal practice in Female-Led-Relationship Dynamics to create a coaching style that’s both nurturing and most importantly, adaptable to who YOU are in this moment.

I don’t like templates. Paying attention yields much better results.

As someone who is detail oriented, I notice what others might miss. Because of my curiosity (and neurodivergence) I ask the questions that can help you get to the root of what’s really holding you back. And I have a gift for creating spaces where people feel safe enough to open up, explore their goals and desires without shame, and become the version of themselves they always wanted to be but have been too afraid to be.

Some people need frequent reassurance and warmth to stay motivated. Others need space, autonomy and logic based guidance. Some people respond well to direct, firm guidance, while others might shut down with the same tone. You let me know what works, and we adjust as needed.

My Clients Are people who:

Struggle to follow through on their own goals.

  1. Crave structure but can’t create it themselves.

  2. Have tried the one-size-fits-all approach that never quite fit.

  3. Respond well to consistent accountability.

  4. Feel safest when someone is holding them accountable.

  5. Are tired of self-help that doesn’t actually help.

  6. Want to work with someone who sees their potential and won’t let them waste it.

My Philosophy

My approach blends practical accountability systems with emotional support, discipline, with playfulness and structure with genuine care. All tailored to what works for YOUR personality, your patterns, and your needs.

I also do jiu-jitsu regularly. A practice that helps keep me grounded, present and connected to my own strength. I aim to be an embodied leader and doing the work myself before I ask it of others. And I believe the best guidance comes from someone who understands what its like to struggle, doubt, hurt, and still choose growth anyway.

What makes my approach unique

I adapt to you.

I don’t expect you to adapt to a rigid system. It should work for YOU.

I notice patterns.

I see the details that make the biggest difference. The small shifts that create lasting change.

I create judgment-free spaces.

Your desires, struggles, and needs are valid. No shame, ever.

This work isin’t for everyone. But if you’re someone who’s been searching for the right kind of support. Someone who will hold you accountable with kindness, challenge you with care, and adapt their approach to what YOU actually need, you might have just found her.

I work with a limited number of clients each month so I can give each person the attention they deserve and truly tailor my approach to them.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to explore how we might work together.
