Frequently Asked Questions

  • Accountability coaching is a structured support system where I help you set clear goals, establish daily routines, and stay consistent through regular check-ins. Unlike traditional life coaching that focuses on big-picture visioning, accountability coaching is hands-on and practical. I'm checking in with you daily, noticing when you're slipping, celebrating your wins, and helping you course-correct in real time. Think of it as having someone in your corner who genuinely cares about your progress and won't let you give up on yourself.

  • Therapy focuses on healing past trauma, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, and processing deep emotional wounds. Coaching focuses on moving forward—building structure, achieving goals, and creating sustainable change. I'm not a licensed therapist, and if you're experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, I'll refer you to appropriate professionals. That said, coaching can be complementary to therapy. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach.

  • D/s stands for Dominance/submission—a framework from BDSM that involves consensual power exchange. In coaching, this means I take an authoritative, directive approach: I set structure, you follow it; I check in, you report back; I guide, you trust. This isn't about control for control's sake. It's about creating a container where you can surrender the burden of figuring everything out alone and let someone else lead. Some clients love this explicit framing; others prefer to think of it simply as "firm, structured guidance." Either way works.

  • Not at all. Many of my clients have no experience with kink. They just know they thrive under clear structure and firm guidance. If you're curious about power dynamics, we can explore that together. If you're not interested in that framing at all, we can focus purely on accountability and structure. I meet you where you are.

  • All services are online only. We connect via Zoom, phone, or secure messaging platforms (Telegram or Discord). This allows me to work with clients anywhere in the world and maintain flexibility in scheduling.

  • I respond to messages and conduct check-ins during these windows:

    • Morning check-ins: 6:00-9:00am MST

    • Evening check-ins: 5:00-8:00pm MST

    • Scheduled calls: 12:00-3:00pm MST

This structure protects my energy and ensures I can show up fully present for your growth.

  • Every morning, you'll send me a message with how you're feeling, your focus for the day, and any challenges you anticipate. I'll respond with guidance, encouragement, or course corrections. Every evening, you'll report back on how the day went. What you accomplished, where you struggled, and what you're reflecting on. I'll respond with feedback and set intentions for the next day. Check-ins keep you accountable and allow me to notice patterns and adjust our approach in real time.

  • Life happens. I don't expect perfection—I expect honesty. If you miss a check-in or fall short on a task, just tell me what happened. We'll talk about it, figure out what got in the way, and adjust as needed. The goal isn't to shame you—it's to help you understand your patterns and build systems that actually work for your life.

  • No. Some people need frequent reassurance and lots of encouragement. Others prefer direct, efficient communication and more autonomy. Some respond well to firm correction, while others shut down. I pay attention to how you're wired. Your patterns, your attachment style, how you respond to feedback and I adapt my approach accordingly. The structure I create for you is designed around how YOU actually work, not how you "should" work or how someone else works.

  • Yes, with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or simply don't show up, the session is forfeited. Life emergencies are the exception. Just communicate with me and we'll work it out.

  • Not everyone is ready for coaching, and that's okay. If I believe therapy would be more appropriate, or if our approaches aren't aligned, I'll let you know honestly. I'm selective about who I work with. Not because I think you're not "good enough," but because I want to ensure I can actually help you. Quality over quantity, always.

  • Currently, I require full payment upfront. However, if cost is a barrier, consider starting with a single $70 session to experience my approach before committing to a longer program. I also offer a monthly group session for $75, which is a more affordable way to stay connected and receive support.

  • Refunds are only considered within 48 hours of purchase and before services have begun. After that, all sales are final. I'm committed to doing great work, but coaching outcomes depend on your effort and engagement. I can't guarantee specific results, only that I'll show up fully for you.

  • For general accountability coaching, you don't need your partner's permission. However, if you're interested in the Devotional Dynamic (which involves explicit power exchange), I strongly encourage transparency with your partner. Healthy relationships are built on honesty, and secretive dynamics often lead to complications. If you're in an open or ENM relationship, this may already be understood, but communication is key.

  • As we approach the end of your program, we'll review your progress, celebrate your wins, and create an integration plan so you can maintain momentum independently. Some clients choose to extend their program or move to a less intensive support option (like monthly check-ins or group sessions). Others feel ready to continue on their own. There's no pressure either way. The goal is your long-term success, not dependency on me.

  • No, sessions are not recorded unless you explicitly request it and I agree. Your privacy matters. If I ever want to record for quality assurance purposes, I'll ask your permission first.

  • If something comes up that requires therapeutic support, legal advice, medical attention, or another specialized service, I'll refer you to appropriate resources. I'm not a therapist, lawyer, or doctor. I'm a coach. I know my lane, and I'll always prioritize your wellbeing by connecting you with the right support.

  • You're ready if:

    • You're tired of starting over and want sustainable change

    • You're willing to be honest (even when it's uncomfortable)

    • You're open to feedback and gentle correction

    • You can commit to daily check-ins and agreed-upon tasks

    • You're ready to invest in yourself—financially and emotionally

    You're NOT ready if:

    • You're in a mental health crisis (seek therapy first)

    • You're looking for someone to "fix" you without your effort

    • You're not willing to communicate honestly

    • You expect instant results without doing the work

  • I bring together several areas of expertise: Experience as an academic advisor helping students set goals and stay on track, I am a mother to 3 amazing humans, personal practice in Female-Led Relationships(FLR) and power exchange dynamics, training in Brazilian jiu jitsu (which teaches discipline and embodied presence), and a natural gift for helping people open up and explore their desires without shame. I'm not a licensed therapist or certified coach through a formal program. I'm someone who does this work deeply, thoughtfully, and with genuine care for the people I serve.

  • Possibly. If you start with a single session or weekly sprint and want to move to a longer program, we can discuss that. If you're in a longer program and need to step back to something less intensive, we'll talk about what's possible. Flexibility is important, but so is commitment. Coaching works best when you stay the course.

  • Start with a single 60-minute session ($70). We'll talk through your situation, and I'll help you determine what level of support makes sense. If you're still unsure, reach out via email (hello@mamidomina.com) and we can discuss your needs before you commit to anything.

  • Yes! Since all services are online, I work with clients internationally. Just keep time zones in mind when scheduling. My communication windows are MST, so we'll need to find times that work for both of us.

  • Email me at hello@mamidomina.com or DM me on Instagram/TikTok (@mamidomina). I'm happy to answer any questions before you apply or book.
